  • Sleep through the night, within the recommended levels.
  • Relax muscles to promote sleeping
  • Try yoga and other exercises

  • Vitamin supplements reduce the severity of symptoms. Examples include magnesium, calcium and vitamin b12.
  • Herbal remedies to reduce the symptom severity. Be careful with herbal medicine since they are not approved by the FDA, hence safety is not guaranteed.
